YOGA
AND MEDITATION
Life is a miracle, and since we are created by the same
Master Creator, we are all living, breathing miracles—examples of the infinite
possibilities that are available to us.
Hence we should let go our worries, fears and doubts. Divine miracles are all around us, and our
trust in them will give us peace.
When the pall of ignorance envelopes
the inner self and the individual lose the sense of directions, his mind
becomes numb and he loses his mental equilibrium. He fails to differentiate between what is
right and wrong. He becomes
aimless. He is caught in the whirlpool
of false believes and superstitions leading to observance of meaningless
rituals. Eventually, he sinks into the
dark abyss.
A musical instrument cannot play by itself,
but in the hands of a master musician, it seems to come alive with beautiful,
soul stirring music. We ourselves are
instruments through which the nature produces beautiful music, songs of peace
and harmony for those around us to enjoy.
How can a fallen man be resurrected?
How does a human being come out of the darkness and proceed towards light to
lead a meaningful life? The technique is
well taught by MEDITATION GURU ARCHNA
DIDI. She explains and teaches on the subject that with constant practice,
one learns to recognize the breath as a mental concept. This constitutes attainment of knowledge
capable of opening the door to the Almighty. Recently a workshop was held by
her on ‘SHIVOHAM CHAKRAS MEDITATION’
at Sanatam Dharam Mandir, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi, for four days.
DIDI’s yoga sessions include yoga practices, asnas, mudras, pranayama and
body awareness, modernized for accessible use in all environments and abundant
lifestyles. All Yoga intents are
welcomed to release daily stress and relax to deepen physical strength and
flexibility or simply engaging life fully.
Her expertise includes the wisdom of self compassion through nurturing
of mind, body and spirit. Her experience
enlivens the individual’s creativity, dynamism, orderliness and organizing
power, which results in increasing effectiveness and success in daily life.
Meditation Sadguru Didi has very clearly brought out that we all should chase the dream,
walk along a stream, laugh out loud, whistle a tune, whisper a promise, cherish
a memory, lend a helping hand, wipe a tear and never fear. Laugh uncontrollably and never regret things
that made you not smile.
