'Transformation Through Yoga'

Yoga means the ancient Yoga. It means divine knowledge. This knowledge is transferred from Sadguru to pupil. It is a Sanskrit word. When translated, it stands for "Union with God". It puts the seeker on the path of merger of his consciousness into the universal consciousness.
The great sages studied in the infinity of their inner space and made dazzling discoveries. It is possible even now for any person to practice Yoga and meditation under the patronage of a perfect Sadguru.
Meditation Sadguru ARCHNA Didi is the power of Yoga and Meditation. She not only transforms but transfigure. One can realize upon this super sensuous experience of divinity under her kind guidance. Choice depends upon the seeker.
People of divine disposition choose yoga and reach the eternal path which takes them to realization of ultimate truth. The union with Lord of the universe bring them to realization of bliss state of liberation. Liberated soul means "Jeevan Mukta". That means no more vicious cycles of birth and death.
This human birth is for realizing the divine in us. We have to strive hard to attain the goal of merger with the universal consciousness. The path of yoga is for ultimate union with our creator and sustainer.

WORSHIP (UPASANA)

#WORSHIP (UPASANA)
Worship means Upasana or literally sitting . Now sitting near is not meant only in the physical sense. Therefore, Guru Upasana does not mean sitting near to the Guru. It means we should sit mentally near the object of our worship. When we do this, we slowly begin to imbibe the qualities of that object.
For example, take a log of wood. When it is placed near the fire, it gradually becomes heated up and catches fire.  For the log of wood, this would be called Agni worship (sitting near the fire). Similarly, if We are cold and sit near a fire, we will also feel the heat of the fire and become warm.
It has been said that we should do Istadeva Upasana I.e. Worship of our chosen deity. We have Rama, Krishna, Shivas idols of worship. In fact, these are not mere idols but ideals.
People unnecessarily criticize idol worship because they do not understand its significance. But in one form or another everyone practices idol worship.  What do we do when we salute the national flag? Though we see only a piece of cloth, we are really saluting the ideal which the flag represent, the national aspirations, values and culture. This is because the flag symbolizes something greater than a piece of cloth. People when think of against some nation, they burn the flag of that country.
The use of symbol for worship is meant for making our minds single/pointed, whereby we gain the very same qualities of ideal we revere. This is like tuning our television to a particular channel and we receive  whatever programme is being broadcast by that section. Similarly, a devotee meditating for Srirama, who was the model of perfect son, husband and brother, will slowly gain those same qualities as Rama.
We become exactly like the company we keep. For example, a person who was not a smoker earlier but started living with people who smoked. They tell him why not you smoke and why not you make one try. After that he slowly becomes a regular smoker. When we live in the company of people, we slowly imbibe their qualities.
By gathering all our attention at one point, we gain all the virtues of that ideal and finally become one with it. This symbolizes the same way when *Meditation Guru Archna Didi* tells us to see or gaze towards a flower, or Jyoti or towards her own face, close your eyes and start visualizing.

Transformation Through Resolve

#Transformation Through Resolve"

The path to the better life is through the inner resolution. Every seeker wants but does not know how.  One becomes a seeker the moment one take a resolve or decision or Sankalpa.
This power of resolve acts as a catalyst that changes an ordinary man into a great personality. Even the worst person can become good if one takes from the core of heart resolution.
We are all a combination of good and bad thoughts. When a thought occurs, a mix of other thoughts generally follow it. For example, if an individual is filled with negativity, a good thought, held on to with great resolve could cause a good reformation.
The moment one takes an irrevocable decision to change becomes a seeker. Even one good thought can transform the life of a person. The story of Valmiki is one such case. He was a dacoit and made his living through robbery. He wAs deeply touched by the sincerity and love in the words of sage Narda and decided to change his life.
Good thoughts by themselves can lead to purity of mind as the addition of clean water to a vessel full of dirty water decreases the dirt in the water.  Similarly, adding good thoughts to a mind leads to its purification.  Just a resolve by Valmiki to take the Lord's name resulted in such a high level of mental purity that he was able to write about the Life of Lord Rama. It worked for him and surely it will work for everyone of us.
Mahatma Gandhi was an ordinary lawyer living an ordinary life. He was humiliated when thrown out of the train. His hurt turned into anger but he neither shouted nor abused in return. He stored the energy generated by his anger.  He resolved to fight against injustice and radical discrimination.  This resulted in India's indepence .
In the same way, We all the seekers must take a bow or resolve to reach the goal chalked out in our mind before proceeding in deep meditation and then compare the results.

Manifold Benefits of Meditation

#Manifold Benefits of Meditation
1. MEDITATION AND ITS BENEFITS : The benefits of meditation are manifold. It is an essential practice for mental hygiene. A calm mind, good concentration, clarity of perception, improvement in communication, blossoming of skills talents, an unshakeable inner strength, healing, the ability to connect to an inner source of energy, relaxation, rejuvenation, and good luck are all natural results of meditating regularly.
2. MEDITATION FOR CONSCIOUSNESS :  Meditation is a practice where an individual trains the mind or induces a mode of consciousness, either to realize some benefit or for the mind to simply acknowledge its content without becoming identified with that content, or as an end in it.
3. MEDITATION FOR PEACE OF MIND : In today's world where stress catches on faster than the eye can see or the mind can perceive, meditation is no more a luxury. It is a necessity. To be unconditionally happy and to have peace of mind, we need to tap into the power of meditation.
4. MEDITATION PROMOTES RELAXATION : Meditation promotes relaxation, builds internal energy or life, force  develops compassion, love, patience, generosity and forgiveness. A particularly ambitious form of meditation aims at effortlessly sustained single-pointed concentration meant to enable its practitioner to enjoy an indestructible sense of well-being, while engaging in any life activity.
5. MEDITATION FOR SELF - HEALTH : Meditation often involves an internal effort to self-regulate the mind in some way. Meditation is often used to clear the mind and ease many health concerns, such as high blood pressure, depression, and anxiety. It may be done sitting, or in an active way.
6. MEDITATION GENERATES EMOTIONAL STATE : Meditation may involve generating an emotional state for the purpose of analyzing that state, such as anger, hatred, etc. or cultivating a particular mental response to various phenomena, such as compassion. The term "meditation" can refer to the state itself, as well as to practices or techniques employed to cultivate the state. Meditation has a calming effect and directs awareness inward until pure awareness is achieved, described as "being awake inside without being aware of anything except awareness itself." The rest in meditation is deeper than the deepest sleep that you can ever have. When the mind becomes free from agitation, is calm  serene and at peace, meditation happens.
7. MEDITATION FOR CLEANSING THE MIND : Cleansing the accumulated mind is like cleansing the body. If we cleanse all the stains from our mind, then the natural flow of energy in our body is restored. The stained mind is the source of stress which can cause many diseases and illnesses.,#
